An Imperative Shift In Leadership Selection: Promoting Competence, Humility, And Integrity

In today's corporate landscape, it is not uncommon to find an overabundance of incompetent men occupying leadership positions. This predicament arises, in large part, from a flawed promotion system that often prioritizes charisma, confidence, and even narcissism over actual competence. The time has come for organizations to reassess their approach to leadership selection and place a greater emphasis on identifying and promoting individuals who embody competence, humility, and integrity. By doing so, companies can foster a culture of excellence and achieve sustainable success.


The Charisma Trap: Charisma and confidence are often mistaken for competence in leadership circles.
